Accessibility statement for Penalty Notice Portal
This accessibility statement applies to GOV.UK - Penalty Notice Portal.
The service provides a way of paying your penalty online. The payment itself is submitted through and handled securely by a service provided by Barclaycard
This website is run by the Home Office. We want as many people as possible to be able to use this website. For example, that means you should be able to:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts using browser or device settings
- navigate most of the website using a keyboard or speech recognition software
- listen to most of the website using a screen reader
We’ve also made the website text as simple as possible to understand.
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
How accessible this website is
We know some parts of this website are not fully accessible:
- some “back” links do not appear at all times and have inconsistent behaviour, not always correctly navigating to the previous page
- some previously entered information is not retained
We are working with Barclaycard to upgrade the payment pages to a more modern and accessible version.
